Dr. Vekris at the 46th S.I.TRI Congress in Milan - Scar restoration with FUE

Dr. Anastasios Vekris was invited to share his knowledge and long experience with the delegates at the 46th S.I.TRI Hair Transplantation Congress held in Milan from 23 to 25 May.

Within the framework of the conference, Dr. Anastasios Vekris, Plastic Surgeon & Scientific Director of Advanced Hair Clinics was invited to present a lecture on “Scar Reconstruction With FUE Hair Transplantation” in the presence of internationally renowned physicians from all over the world. During his presentation, Dr. Vekris focused on scar reconstruction from burn or injury with FUE hair transplantation and explained the necessary techniques and the challenges presented. In conclusion, he noted that modern hair transplant techniques may be appropriate for up to 98% of alopecia cases.

The conference was attended by Dr. Amalia Tsiatoura, Dermatologist – Venereologist and Scientific Director of CDM Medical Group and the Group’s hair expert physician, Antonia Griniozaki.

Drawing on his vast experience in clinical applications of FUE, Dr. Vekris was selected as the main moderator for the hair transplant sessions held during the conference.
