Guest Speaker at the 29th ISHRS World Congress was Dr. Anastasios Vekris, Plastic Surgeon, ISHRS Member & Medical Director of Advanced Hair Clinics, which took place from the 21st until the 23rd of October 2021, in Lisbon, Portugal.<\/p>\n

Amongst esteemed hair restoration experts from all over the world, Dr. Anastasios Vekris presented a speech on \u201cThe key elements of successful\u00a0beard restoration<\/a>\u201d. During the congress, he also participated as a panelist in the \u201cManaging Difficult Cases\u201d Session, in which he was asked to share his extensive knowledge on difficult cases he has successfully treated, one of them being the case of a young man who suffered from\u00a0post-burn alopecia<\/a>\u00a0since the age of 4 that had resulted to scarring on a large area of his scalp.<\/p>\n

Lastly, Dr. Vekris presented a poster about the topic \u201cWhen All things Go Wrong in\u00a0FUE Procedures<\/a>\u201d and how such cases can be treated.<\/p>\n

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Anastasios Vekris and members of the scientific team of Advanced Hair Clinics have participated for many years in ISHRS World Conferences.
