LLLT treatment can be applied in the doctor’s office, initially with sessions of 15 minutes duration, 3 times per week for the first month. Then, for two months, it takes place one session per week of 15 minutes duration. In order to preserve the results, LLLT treatment is applied once a month.
In case a hair transplant has taken place, it is suggestable to apply LLLT treatment one month post-operatively so as the newly implanted hair follicles are protected during their growth.
